some suggestion for enchantment

Hello, may I ask if it's possible to add a configuration file for the enchantments to allow for easier customization? For example, adding a mineral whitelist for the Boon of the Earth enchantment so that players can define which ores it can drop. Or adding a blacklist for the Capturing enchantment to prevent certain mobs from dropping spawn eggs, and so on. I checked the existing config files and found that the original mod does not support this functionality, so modifying it would require using additional modding tools, which greatly increases the workload and is very inconvenient.
