Improve range selection

The current way of selecting the ranges is easy to use but not very flexible. How can it be improved without making it tedious to use?

If I was going to use a specific note range, I would probably want these to ascend in semitones, between the lowest and highest specified notes. Therefore, you would only need two fields; lowest and highest. Typing a number in each field before starting the tuning the process would be a logical way to go. Having these two little fields / boxes on screen would be great. - (kaput from Muffwiggler).

So - keep the drop down menu as it is (it works well), but just add two fields for those times when something specific is required?
