Confirmation:

• My server is supported by MagicSpells.
• This bug occurs on PaperMC itself, not just its forks which I might be using.

Intended outcome:

The spells forcetoss does the damage written * the damage of the empower

Actual outcome:

The spells forcetoss does the damage written but no empoworing of it

Reproduction steps:

Juste make an DamageEmpowerSpells and a Forcetoss with Damage configuration

Errors:

None
