[Bug]: Error while loading an IFC file ( TriangulateBounds()] Expected outer bound )

What happened?

I was trying to upload a IFC file in the demo page : https://thatopen.github.io/engine_web-ifc/demo/ and it crashes after some time. What I can see in the console in a log which prints a error as below.

[WEB-IFC][error][TriangulateBounds()] Expected outer bound! 685xxxx

The file itself is not that big ~130mb, and would understand the issue here.

Are you able to send the file? Probably means something in the file we are not correctly supporting yet.
