Feature polish: leaderboard seasons as durable demo surface

Summary

Leaderboard seasons/archives exist but need TTL, event schema, bindings, and demo docs to be hackathon-ready.

Acceptance criteria

• Season reset/archive events documented
• Bindings helpers for top-N queries
• Demo script for season rollover
• TTL bumps for season keys
