No connection trough WAN (no comms available to alarm)

Hello all.
I have issue to connect app trough wan. Trough Wifi (local network) app works well but not trough 4G.
You may think my router settings are bad however, original paradox app works trough WAN correctly.
So here is my settings:
Router:

You have to also forward to your http port. The original app only used port 10000, alarmin needs the additional Web port to function.

One more question. In order to receive alarms, do app have to be started?
