[Feature Request] Support custom ports for traffic to CubeEgress

Problem / Motivation

Currently, it's not possible to specify ports in L7 rules for CubeEgress. We use scheme HTTP/HTTPS to determine port 80/443. This is not flexible and quite limit in production. Lift the limit to allow broader adaption.

Proposed Solution

• Allow specify ports in L7 rules in SDK/API side.
• Update CubeVS/CubeEgress to identify custom ports and redirect traffic to CubeEgress.
