What's with a prepaid membership if account got deleted for no reason? How can I get it back?

Last year I bought premium with a Finnish number because my German number did not work for it and was outdated anyway.

I paid for a full year in advance and also made three gifts for the same money. Then suddenly after a few weeks my account was deleted without any warning and there was also no reason. It was 7 years old.

The support doesn't answer or can't help.

If there is no solution for such a case, I won't buy it again.
