The current implementation of find will return any customers that fulfill any of the keyword. To me that is a bit not intuitive and can be a bit inconvenient at times.
Given a scenario where you find Alex Lee' but the product not only returns 'Alex Yeoh, but also Lee Jun Min , Anatasia Lee, Lee Chua Lun etc. The user will not be able to quickly locate the contacts he is looking for, thus the inconvenience.
