Not supporting the user teaching multiple subjects /classes to tutees

I believe that it is common for tutors to teach multiple subjects/classes to a single tutee, especially for younger students. However the current product does not support this kind of scenario.

This can be observed from different parts of the product :

1. No multiple subjects are allowed to be added to an tutee
2. The payrate is bounded to tutee instead of the subject he is currently under the tutor
3. Each students can only be assigned one class in the schedule list

As shown in the screenshot, multiple fields of days are not allowed.

Reason to why its Flawed

As a tutee, it is very common that students have multiple slots of tuition per week. It is also very common that tutors teach multiple subjects to them at once. So it should be allowed for a student to have multiple lessons in the same week. This would not be a flaw if duplicate of the same student is allowed so I can add the same student with more timings in the list.However, since duplicate of the same person is not allowed. I feel that it is indeed a feature flaw.

Justification for Severity Level

I think it is Low as perhaps this app could be catered to those with only one timing per week.

Thank you for raising this. We do agree with the justification as our application is indeed catered to tutors with only one timing per week however we see the value of enhancing this to cater for more tutees in future.

Reason for disagreement: Thanks for the response. However, I am sorry to disagree with your stance.

I believe that this feature plays a very big part in your entire product , as the entire product's goal is to help tutor manage students' information and schedule, yet the product does not support multi-subjects nor multi-classes. I believe that many tutors have multiple classes with a student per week and potentially teaches multiple subjects too (more common in lower levels of education).

The tutors have no way of working around this issue in your product, which can cause a lot of inconvenience to your users especially since your product is catered towards private tutors, they have to handle these matters all by themselves, unlike tuition organization where they have admin or clerk to deal with all these administrative matters.

Therefore, I think this feature flaw has a lot of impact your entire product as you essentially miss out an entire chunk of functionality that provides a lot of value to your target users.
