Wall versions of blocks are named inconsistently

This currently only affects Fabric, as #257 makes this impossible to encounter on Forge.

The wall variants of torches, signs, heads and banners are simply titled identically to their floor versions, likely because such a distinction is unneeded in this case unlike what is needed in the case of blocks such as redstone wire, potted plants and crops. However, coral fans, which have floor and wall versions, do actually use Wall in their name for the wall version, which is inconsistent.

While banners may also be affected, this could be being made invisible via MC-124142.
