Fire is not identified by name

Same thing as #237, but with fire and soul fire rather than portal blocks. It'd be expected that the fire and soul fire would be named up top like every other block, but this does not happen, and it behaves like no block is being targeted in the first place.

Affects both Forge and Fabric.

As for the item to display: in vanilla it has no assigned item (as evidenced by its lack of Pick Block functionality, no drop from a enderman summoned to hold it, and its displaying as Air in superflat worlds). Perhaps the mod could be made to display fire charges for these instead as the closest equivalent, as it's the closest fit (right click to place, and one is consumed in the process).
