Jeff Mackie, our agent, has everything he has requested to get us quotes.

I think I need to send him some paperwork regarding old quotes I'm holding for Technocopia, but he hasn't sent me that form yet.

Lots of carriers saying no.

Need to get Jeff our SOPs on safety and control.
Examples of spaces doing well and being safe.
Insurance pool.

Just got off phone with Joe and new agent (Matt, I think). He wants a LOT more information... similar to what we were planning to try and give Jeff.

He is sending a packet over email for us to fill out.

First round of packets send. Second round in. Those are almost done, waiting on replies to emails I sent asking questions.
