Ender Gates not transmitting power upon World Loading

Version: (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft: 1.21.1
• Forge: Neoforge 21.1.211
• Powah: 6.2.7

Issue description:

(Playing the ATM10 Modpack)
Placed Ender Gates stop Sending power to Connected machines after Loading into the world. Breaking them and Replacing them seems to Fix this, untill the world is Closed and loaded again. putting the Broken Ender Gates into the Crafting inventory to reset them does Not fix this issue.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place Ender Gate onto Machine / Energy Cell
2. Close world
3. Load back into the world
4. Ender gate stops sending power into the Energy Cell / Machine.
5. Break the gate
6. Place again
7. Now the ender gate sends energy again.
