[Suggestion] draw train in front of rain when riding train in first person

Describe the suggestion
Basically the title - change draw order when riding a train in first person such that the train is drawn in front of rain. Should have a toggle in the json to disable this (something like "is_roofed" = true for default behaviour, change that to false for current behaviour (train in the same draw layer as rain)

Applications of the suggestion
Would make riding or driving trains in the rain look less weird since it wouldn't have the rain apparently falling through the roof of the train, whilst still allowing the rain to visually come between you and the train when in 3rd person or not on the train at all

That looks like a better way of doing it! I was basing my suggestion on the assumption that making entities block rain was next to impossible - if you've found a way to do it, that's better than my hacky suggestion!
