Perception:
If a source- and destination portal are placed along a different axis, source in the X direction and destination in the Z direction, for instance, then the player will walk into one portal and be teleported into the other portal sideways.
Suggestion:
Perhaps, this could be changed, so that the player would be rotated 90 degrees whenever the portals' orientations mismatch.
Note: Since portals do not have a clear entrance side, differentiating between north or south, or east or west would, of course, not be possible or needed.
