- KA: Kaczmarz's Algorithm
- ART: Algebraic Reconstruction Technique
- SIRT: Simultaneous Iterative Reconstruction Technique
- CG: Conjugate Gradient method
- LM: Levenberg-Marquardt method
- GS: Grid-Search method
- MC: Monte-Carlo method
- SA: Simulated Annealing method, including Metropolis and HeatBath
- GA: Genetic Algorithm
