Repo not fit case-insensitive filesystem

When I clone this repo, warning me:

warning: the following paths have collided (e.g. case-sensitive paths
on a case-insensitive filesystem) and only one from the same
colliding group is in the working tree:

MacOS is default non-case-insensitive, if I want change to case-insensitive, I need to format all disk.

You're right, having files that way is not ideal, we'll look into that!

@fkworld we removed the naming collisions in #877, should be ok now :)
