Contact

The Contact model is used for the submissions through the application's Contact Forms (#28). It should collect the following basic information:

• first_name
• last_name
• email
• form_type (type of form that was completed)
• location_id (Locations & Markets Requirement #29)

Optional Information:

• phone
• message
• json of application specific additonal_fields
• user_id (User authorization#20)

The User will be attached after the form submission if the email address belongs to a User. More on this in a separate issue.
