Some of the service classes are not fully tested, especially regarding error handling.

e.g. https://github.com/TBD54566975/dap-kt/blob/main/src/test/kotlin/xyz/block/dap/MoneyAddressResolverTest.kt#L81-L81

Add more tests to this class, and check other classes for potentially missing tests.
