Hi!
Great work to come up with a python package to study resource allocation.
I just installed the package on ubuntu linux and noticed that I was missing some dependencies. These are listed in the setup.py file, but not in the manual, namely:
libsbml5 python-setuptools python-lxml python-pandas python-biopython

Maybe include those in the Readme? Best regards,
