no config file generated, missing config/packages/sylius_shop_api.yml

i do not have config/packages/sylius_shop_api.yml in my project, earlier I run composer recipes:install sylius/shop-api-plugin --force -v but it does not work? any idea?

This repository does not support recipes. The configuration should be created by just normally installing the package. If not you can just create the file manually.
