use pre-existing knn graph as input

Hi!

I would like try your method to do cell type prediction. My reference is an integration of multiple different datasets, which I integrated using scANVI. I would like to use the resulting (batch-corrected) embedding as the basis for my KNN graph.
Is there a possibility to feed your method a pre-calculated KNN graph?

and side question: any idea how much memory scClassify needs when running it on 600k cells reference + 100k cells unlabelled data?
