Hatching plot cell type column conflict. #12
Description
If my data has columns cellType, cellTypeNew for example, and I specify to use the cellTypeNew in an argument, the cellTypeNew column will be changed to cellType in hatching plot. This means there will be two cellType columns breaking the dplyr functions.
