BUG: build leaves artifacts in `~/shpc` after module removal

After building and removing a module from module avail, wrappers and registry entries remain in ~/shpc/wrappers/ and ~/shpc/modules/. The build has no corresponding teardown path.

Action: Implement cleanup of ~/shpc artefacts on module uninstall/removal.
