Updates to final report

To do:

• Turn into single-page HTML
• Gather all parameters and summarise in report
• Summarise all important values and parameters in an executive summary, e.g. filtering thresholds, clustering resolutions, DE stats, etc.
• Add a methods sections that researchers can use in publications
• Re-word explanatory text to make it more results and interpretation-oriented
