Also add copy of `SwiftLeedsContainer`
… feature `SectionHeader` is only used in `Local` so best to isolate
Also allows us to remove the `SharedViews` module entirely

SwiftLeedsContainerwas a simple container that added a background color usingZStack. This can be done using the.background()view modifier, so the custom view has been removed.
