UI enhanced in Navbar

Describe the solution you'd like
In the navbar, the logo lacks a 3D hover effect. I want to add a 3D hover effect and some animation to it. Additionally, I want to include an underline animation for the navigation items to enhance the overall website. Also, aligning all navbar items in a justified position will make it more decorated.
