Issue description

Sentinels are not rendering, but are still existent.

Steps to reproduce

1. Get a staff, and some media.
2. Cast Mind's Reflection, Compass Purification, and Summon Sentinel.
3. Notice the distinct lack of existent Sentinel.
4. Cast Locate Sentinel and notice the location of where the sentinel should be on the stack.

Other information

Tested with and without Sodium.
