[BUG]: extremely long loading dolphin honescreen on Series S

Describe the Bug

Since using 1.1.19 majorly long wait from clicking open to main screen and also same with clicking settings in dolphin. Worked better on 1.1.17, but even though I uninstall any of them now and delete dolphin folders any that I use since using 1.1.19 makes them all very very slow. The fresh install is fast and then when you add games the whole program goes very slow. Not sure what else to try. BTW when I say I super slow like 10+ mins to open dolphin and close games or settings.

Reproduction Steps

Can't say if explicit my xbox series s, but I wiped all of the dev apps and folders and no change once reinstalled.

Expected Behavior

Open and work almost immediately
