[Feature Request]: Add Fast Forward Toggle

### Description

A fast forward feature that allows temporarily increasing emulation speed by holding a button or enabling a toggle on screen.

### Reason

This feature would greatly improve usability and overall enjoyment, especially when playing slower-paced games.

### Examples

Desktop Dolphin Emulator offers this functionality.
