Description

Allow students to "endorse" each other's certificates on-chain, creating a decentralized reputation score.

Requirements

• Implement endorse(student, certificate_symbol).
• Prevent self-endorsement.
• Limit endorsements per student per certificate.
• Track "Endorsement Count" on-chain.
