Keyword for find should not be case sensitive

i might think that i do not have a 'cs' related expenditure at all if i only input the first command. but in actual fact i do have a 'CS' related expenditure.

It was stated in UG explicitly that keyword is sensitive and it functions like 'CTRL F'
