Node-attached parts get offset shifts on save/reload #21

It seems to exaggerate any offset that was done intentionally, but also introduces spurious offsets to parts that had none. Repeated save/reload cycles without correction worsen the problem each time.

Only seems to affect some shapes — filleted cylinder and smooth cone for sure, possibly not regular cylinders. Unsure about regular cones.

Surface-attached parts don't seem to exhibit the problem, only node-attached ones do.
