[Feature] Tweakable for offsetting cone tips #17

It would be nice if cones could get the option added to offset the tip to the side so you could build boosters like these http://imgur.com/yD3FXtn.png.
Preferably 0 offset would be normally centered, 50% should offset them inwards (towards the part they're attached to) so that one sight is straight and 100% should offset them even further.
While this is not needed for boosters like these it could offer new design options.
Though if it's difficult to get the offset past one side being straight just make that 100%, it's more of a bonus if possible rather than a must have.
