deb package seems generated for old Debian or Ubuntu

Debian 13 here.
The current DEB package has an old dependancy:

that in current Debian is changed to 'polkitd':

$ sudo apt install policykit-1
Package policykit-1 is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or

However the following packages replace it:
  polkitd:i386  pkexec:i386  polkitd  pkexec

This does not let install the package
