PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/val_polygons'

Hello Good Day!
I am trying to run the Convert mask to polygon of 4-motokimura solution, but i am getting the permission error, i am unable to figure out how can i provide the permissions ? and Where this /val_polygon directory will make? How can i set the permission of this? I am also attaching the screenshot of the error:
