[Architecture] Document Task State Machine and Transitions

Description

Formally document the lifecycle of a task in the SoroTask platform, including all possible states and their transition conditions.

Requirements

• Create a state machine diagram for a 'Task'.
• Describe each state (e.g., Registered, Due, Executed, Cancelled) and what triggers a transition.
• Include information on how state transitions are handled on-chain and off-chain.
