[Performance] Add Gas Consumption Tracking for Contract Operations

Implement a way to track and report gas consumption for our smart contract operations to help optimize on-chain costs.

Requirements

• Create a script or test suite that logs gas usage for each contract function.
• Integrate gas tracking into the CI pipeline logs.
• Provide a summary of gas changes in PR comments.
