I installed the plugin by hand from this repo:

And everything works again. It seems Mr. @dfacto updated the plugin but forgot to PR??

I just installed it and it does not show up in the Admin Plugin panel, nor do the links work or appearing somehow in the toolbar of the editor.

How did you get it working?
