v2.2.1 doesn't save Filament selections on Windows 11 (Add/Remove filament) #101

How to reproduce
Select the filament dropdown. Select Add/Remove filament. Make changes and Confirm. No changes made. I've tried running the app with administrator privileges - no change. I reviewed my AppData files and they all seem good.
Actual results
No change.
Expected results
Filament dropdown should contain my selected filaments.
