v2.2.1 doesn't open for non-admin user (windows)

I uninstalled previous version, installed v.2.2.1, and no visible action happens. No window opens, nothing.

I'm a non-admin user and installed it with admin rights.
Portable version also doesn't open.

I'm on Windows 11 Pro 25H2.

If I open portable version as admin, it'll ask to unblock firewall, then give the following error message:
Couldn't create data directory.
Microsoft Edge can't read and write in the data directory:
C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Snapmaker_Orca\EBWebView

I haven't tried to install it as admin user so not sure what happens there.

I tried installing it as admin and it opens fine, but only in the Admin user. If I switch back to my regular user it doesn't open.
