Bug: dimensions not preserved on DXF import

The issue is present on `4.15.0`

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new " laser cut" design
2. Import the 2 files: a.dxf and b.dxf from here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1EJzD4lN3EPJoqCr6IEaRwjyqolKODFqZ?usp=sharing (github doesn't allow attaching them)
3. The "triangular" shape of both should match, but:

• B.dxf is properly imported.
• A.dxf has correct width, but shorter height, making it distorted.

It looks like this:

Expected behavior
Both shapes should match.
