These flagged strings are correctly marked as non-translatable in the current version of SlicerVMTK (see the ExtractCenterline.ui file in which they are).
Looking at the SlicerVMTK TS files, it appears that the extraction of these strings was done from a copy of ExtractCenterline.ui, called ExtractCenterline2.ui (I don't know why ExtractCenterline.ui was cloned). Unfortunately, that copy, unlike the original, does not exist in the official source code and is not up to date.
Removing ExtractCenterline2.ui and performing a new string extraction from the latest version of SlicerVMTK should fix the issue. I don't have sufficient privileges to perform this extraction, but @lassoan could help for that.
