UWP pre-release 1.1.8 game settings

The game settings in dolphin pre-release 1.1.8 if you change them, they do not reflect and change back. Some games also to appear to use random game settings as well. I've noticed this when some titles are in 1080p and not 4K and vise versa. Also not being able to change settings in games as well like the menus are stuck on settings.

I've found a workaround or a "pseudo fix" So what I did was I made a back up of my configuration files and game settings files, then I deleted the old ones, opened dolphin just to close it back out, and then I put the configuration files and game settings files back and they started working again.
