Collab with Education Guild - AMA session with Rejuve

Invite a rep from any of the spinoffs to educate members of the program and find ways we can contribute in their projects. The budget will cover publicising the event before, and edited video after.

Sucre to approach Peter to find out how to reach the new spinoffs. Then will hand off 2 of them to Kateri and Gorga

If there is still any space, we'll ask DF

structure of the session(s)

• 30 mins AMA, with all of them in each session, so it's a 90 minute session
• People submit questions ahead of time - and then allow 2 random questions on the day?
• Prep so that the 1st question to each one is "How can the Ambassador Program work with you"?
• Pick a different date and time from regular Onboarding WG meeting so no risk of overlap with Governance?
• Focus on how Ambassador Prog people can get involved and work with them

other ideas for questions:

• 1st question to each one is "How can individual Ambassadors work with you"?
• do you have an ambassador program
• what is your organisation about
• can our program interact with yours?
• Is there a way to earn in your program?

Then we create a form for people to submit other questions: Ayomi

Other paid tasks we need (and suggested prices)

• form creation, plus slide prep - put each quedtion on a slide so it's easier to follow $40 Ayomi
• Infographic to create awareness once we have a date: $15 Gorga
• Share the infographic and publicise $15 Kateri

  We have budgeted $90 and can find another $15
  Education can contribute $50

Kateri will ask Slate if Education still interested in doing this event and can still afford it
Proposed date Thurs 27th Nov.

If yes, then Kateri and Gorga's payments, plus part of Ayomi's, will come from Education, to a total of $50
(altho note that actually, payments will be made in AGIX at an assumed exchange rate of $0.25)

Likely it will only be 1 spinoff taking part (Rejuve)
We agreed we need to ask them if they do have opportunities that people can get involved in. If not, it might make the session quite depressing, and further lower morale (which is already quite low in the Program).
