- Anyone who is not yet a member of the Ambassador Program GitHub organization should DM Sucre their GitHub username.
- Assigning tasks for Q4.

- Sucre will lead a session on “Understanding the SNET ecosystem on 26th June.”
- Fix a date for the next meeting with Onbaorders team in June.
- Q2 report by Lord Kizzy - Members to fill in the "comments from members" section.
- Q3 budget from the focus group
- Onize to timestamp the M&E session on the 21st and add it to YouTube.
- Sucre to give update on members tag
- Vani to give overview of how the Q2 budget will work at 0.20 price.
- Who is to faciliate and document the next meeting in Q2?
- Focus group to give an update on the fitted budget due to token price drop.
- Lord Kizzy to draft Q2 budget and bring to Focus group
- Vani to meet with Clement, Lord Kizzy and CJFrankie to discuss the research analysis and editing of the document.
- Focus group to meet with Lord Kizzy and discuss the Q2 budget
- Clement and LordKizzy will conduct an analysis for the onboarding to decentralization research, while Cjfrankie will do the editing and proofreading.
- Peter to pin the Skillshare matrix sheet in the onboarding channel.
- Vanessa to post a memo in the “decisions-to-be made” channel about a proposed budget reallocation of $400-less than 10% of our Q1 budget to fund our new research project “how people onboard to the whole SNET ecosystem.
- Vannesa and Duke will lead a session on ‘budget planning and management’ on February 13th.
- Duke to DM Onize to request the reshare of the onboarding survey.
- Focus Group to share results of the "Onboarding to Decentralisation" survey
