Refactorizing

I will refactrorize the code into three parts:

1. NLP: VSCode commands will be pre-embedded and saved as a Pickle file for the backend server to directly load.
2. Plug-in: the VSCode plugin source code.
3. Backend: query processing and user feedback logging. User feedback logging function will be missing in my initial refactorizion.

I will work on 1 and 3 first.

I will ditch docker to separately host the backend functions and the database operations.
