Search Results: When clicking next page button, should scroll to the top

When there are multiple pages of results on the Search Results page, when you click on the next page button, it loads the next page of results, but you stay at the bottom of the page, so you have to manually scroll to the top of the page.

We should automatically scroll to the top of the page when going to the previous or next page.
