Covers work not covered in ticket #1326 . This includes adding selected eligibilities to the service search result and keeping them displayed in the collapsed state.

This also includes looking into updating the sidebar UI, if it is feasible for our MVP v1 target. If not, let's move it to v2. See Figma for details —

Lastly, any misc UI search cleanup can also be included in this ticket.
